Have you ever wondered how you\u2019ll ever reach those big goals and dreams?\u00a0<\/span>That used to be me too. But listen up, you don&#8217;t need another course. You don&#8217;t need to pay 10k for a business coach. You don&#8217;t need to get one more certification to finally get that success you crave. You need to work on YOU.\u00a0<span class=\"s1\">On my journey to where I am now, I learned an important lesson that could be the difference to you unlocking your success mindset.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">I was doing all \u2018the things\u2019 to grow my business and really felt I was on the brink of success. But something was stopping me. It took me a while but I finally figured it out. ME. I WAS GETTING IN MY OWN WAY. But once you do that mindset work everything changes. I am not just on about any mindset work\u2026.I am on about the deep juicy stuff!<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">You\u2019ve probably heard the quote, knowledge is power. This used to be one of my favourite quotes. But knowledge is only power if you take action on it, and this is where most people struggle.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Because IF we take action in our business is not determined by the knowledge we have. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Its determined by our MINDSET. Our thoughts. Our beliefs. Our fears. Our doubts. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">HOW we take action is also determined by our mindset.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">I often find that our goals are in conflict with our inner beliefs. And it is this conflict caused by our mindset that stops us achieving the success we really want and deserve.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">So from now on, remember this: knowledge is only power if you take action on it. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">If you take action or how you take action is based on your MINDSET. Believe it or not, success is actually 80% mindset and 20% strategy. People don\u2019t realise the importance of mindset work and this is why they end up stuck<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">I developed this formula I discovered from my own journey to success and the one I use with my clients too: <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The Success Mindset Formula\u2122<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-1234 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.natashabray.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/successmindsetformula-300x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.natashabray.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/successmindsetformula-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.natashabray.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/successmindsetformula-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.natashabray.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/successmindsetformula.jpg 618w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">As you can see, there are 3 parts to this formula: <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">SELF BELIEF (\u201cI can do this\u201d)<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">SELF WORTH (\u201cI am worthy\u201d)<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">SELF LOVE (\u201cI am enough\u201d)<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">This formula applies to ANYTHING in life. Not just just business success. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Next level success is unlocked when you have all of these 3 beliefs combined, and truly believe them. However along my journey, I also learnt that standard mindset work just doesn\u2019t get deep enough. There are 2 levels of mindset work you can do: conscious surface-level work or much deeper subconscious level work. When I added subconscious therapy into the mix my growth skyrocketed. It helped me access the subconscious mind, finding beliefs and memories impacting on me and my business that I would never have consciously discovered.
